Candidate contact details, CVs, private documents, coaching notes and other non-public information are not treated as open-directory information. A public candidate profile is prepared and presented only with the relevant candidate consent, and private details are shared only where an introduction or service step requires them.

Business HR enquiries may include employment documents, policies or people-process information. Hire.d uses this information only for the agreed review, advisory or operational purpose and should receive only the information reasonably necessary for that work.

Payment and service records may be retained for accounting, support, audit and service-delivery purposes. Access to platform records is role-restricted and operational changes are recorded where the platform supports audit logging.
