Candidate placement and coaching terms.

Candidates may apply to the coaching programme without an account. If accepted, Wera Africa may create or invite a candidate account and link it to coaching, tasks, meetings, interviews, offers, placements, and fees.

After successful placement, the candidate fee is an amount equivalent to the candidate's first month salary. This should be acknowledged before application submission and confirmed again at placement.

Wera Africa does not guarantee employment, interview success, or publication in Talent Spotlight. Candidate records are reviewed before any public profile is published.
